The person I dealt with was promising rates from the beginning that he was never able to deliver. I had a much lower rate from a big bank directly. Also, they pulled my credit a total of 3 times just to give me those high rates, they pulled it once and scotiabank (their partner) pulled it twice after. Which I really dont understand why did they need to pull it this many times
