Recommended over banks, great interest rates that couldnt be beat (at the time of start & continuously thereafter for me).

Don't for for variable rate. we as a family as so upset with the service and the interest rates that are being changing on and on!. Not good at all, there are betters option for sure!.

I was think this lender, but what it happened to my friend Luis Silva is not acceptable his variable rate is changing constantly. No recommend it. They did not look for better solutions.

The same felling here, Radius financial ca is not a great option for a variable rate.

Radius Financial is not a good option for a variable rate. They may offer you a special rate at the beginning, but as soon as your rate is set and your mortgage is provided they started to change the rate every single period and even if the bank of Canada did not make any adjustments. I had been living for 6 months at my home and I have been getting 6 times a new higher rate, every single period. Think about it, only 3 times has the government of Canada have make the adjustment, in the last 6 months, the rest is just because they want me to be stuck with them for 5 years. They did not even offer a fixed rate for 3 years period. My advice is please go for other options as you can... Radius financial needs to be closer to people's needs not to the money they have. Stay away, it makes people unhappy.
