I went to get a pedicure for my wedding. I explained what I wanted and was told she could do it with polish . I got it done and it looked fine. My toes were drying and lady seemed rushed like she wanted to leave so she said my toes were dry. I asked if she was sure because I dont drive and I had to walk and she said yes. I never get my toes done or get nail polish on my nails just acrylics so I thought she knew what she was talking about. Once I get home the polish was all off. So I called her back to let her know the polish was off and if I could come back to get them fixed. She said I could come in the next day I told her Im getting ready for my wedding so Im super busy but will try. Next day I called and the husband picked up. HE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. He said he could fix my toes right now come right now hung up on me. Then I called back and said I cant come right now as Im getting ready for my wedding. I would have to go before my wedding tomorrow. I also cant sit there and wait again for my toes to dry so I asked if I could get shellac instead. I was willing to pay the difference but the man said no hes too busy then hung up on me. I called back and said Im trying to figure something out he said no stop calling on your phone. U can come Sunday and Ill do regular polish. The thing is I needed my toes done for my wedding which is Saturday. I explained this when I booked my appointment. The lady was super nice. The man was arrogant and rude . Customer service was poor. I just cried and chose not to go but Im super disappointed in this place. Was my first and very last time. I dont recommend. Ive gone to Tracey nails on st Clair and service is way better . Also at Tiffany nails. Bad idea to come here dont recommend. Service: Pedicure

Even though I had to wait quite a while for my mani / pedi (really, a bit too long) it was quite worth it. Great mani pedi with attention to detail and at a fair price. Clean place too. Recommend if youre near by.

Was trying to book an appointment for my daughter and myself, person extremely rude over the phone. Definitely a red flag.
