Wanted to try a new nail salon as I noticed they were offering 50% off gel manicures! Big mistake, not only did 2 of my nails fall off within 7 days most of them fell off within 10 days. However, when I msged them back they told me I would need to pay per nail to replace since it was over a week usually full set gel manicures lasts me 4 - 5 weeks at my regular salon but this lasted less than 7 days?! I understand its a new stylist training but at the very least, offer to replace it for free. Not to mention the entire duration of the manicure was over THREE HOURS (returned to a parking ticket so in fact lost money AND wasted my time). To top things off, now that 9 of my nails have fallen off (2 weeks) I have noticed brown spots on my natural nails which could be a sign of bacteria, potentially lead to an infection. This leads me to believe something is not sanitary at this salon. AVOID at all costs, youre really not saving anything so dont fall for the promos! Learned my lesson Edit as a response to owner: understanding that it is a junior stylist does not justify that the nails fall off within a week-2 weeks without offering to replace them free of charge.. (I spent $40 for one week which is way more expensive than a simple regular manicure which lasts longer) Your response also neglects to explain why I have bacteria now growing on my nails???

Best pedi ever by Hannah! I was so impressed at her meticulous precision. She performed mini surgery on my feet and I left with everything absolutely perfect. I am very picky and I have problematic nails so I really appreciated her talent and kind demeanor and cleanliness. :)
