I was going to go for a mani and pedi, but she started with the pedicure.. The water was cold, the massage lasted less than a minute and barely got rid of any dead skin, hardly touched any of my cuticle and when she started painting and I questioned her about the cuticles she tried to gaslight me saying she did it when she hadnt then begins to push them back after shes already painted without taking polish off! Ive taken manicure and pedicure courses and I am fully aware of all the steps shes skipping. Its fine to skip a step or two, were all only human but to rush through a process that is supposed to be relaxing and then argue when the customer points out that they are not happy and why, does not make me want to ever return here. I told them after they finished painting my toes that I was no longer interest in a manicure and they have me sitting now under a old busted toe fan that keeps turning off If I could give less stars I would.
