Hi Kelly. Im the owner of Metro Nails. I really appreciated your support. The reason that I cant help you with the Dipping service is because the Technician cannot do the dipping yet. I hoped you will understand. She can do the shellac manicure but not the Dipping powder.

I have been going to Metro regularly for about a year. Ive always been satisfied until yesterday. I called to book in for a shellac pedi and dipping powder mani. I was told they only had time for pedi so I took it. When I arrived it seemed slow so I was hoping to get both done but was still told no. I was there at 5pm and next appt was at 6:30pm. When I was almost done my pedi someone called and asked if they could come in and 10 mins for a shellac mani (the owner always has phone on speaker so I heard the conversation), he told the woman she could come in 10 mins to get it done. I was already there, booked my appt earlier and he took a walk in over me and wanted me to go back next weekend. Needless to say I wont be going back there! Services: Manicure, Pedicure

Very rushed service,went to get a pedicure my feet was soaked in ice cold water,terrible service and manager was very rude
