My go to nail spot. I love the shape of the nails that they do here. Everyone is consistent with each other. They are fast and offer excellent customer service.

EDIT: Since I am unable to respond to the owners reply below - I agree and am aware the relationship between the nail techs and the client can be intimate. Over the years, Dee has been someone I have respected and cared for at all my visits, right from offering to bring her tea or a quick snack when she has had long days and I am the last appointment or when she still has one more person left and hasnt been able to even take a meal break. I even got her a small gift as a gesture of appreciation when I traveled back home. However, this isnt the first time I have experienced her being rude but I let the previous time pass as it felt like a one-off. Now that I look back, that time too it was when a mistake was pointed out to her. As management, the expectation of you as a client is that you train your staff enough to practice client service. We spend hundred of dollars to get your services, the least one can expect is that if the service is not upto the mark, we can request it to be fixed. It shouldnt lead to your nail tech being unprofessional to the point that they get aggressive during the next service(I had the pedicure) and cut cuticles too aggressively leading to minor burns or refusing to apply nail paint of your choice unless you insist. Your task as management is to identify and be aware of such behaviour and act accordingly. Nail techs or client choosing to use another is fine and understandable but the training aspect remains to be your responsibility. Re: your other nail techs, I have tried one other, but she was consistently rude..I think Tammy, in Dees absence last year. I even made a complaint. So I hope you understand my apprehension in further trying someone at your business. As it seems that you do not train your staff for client servicing soft skills. When your response to client reviews starts with As you have decided to post a review after that communication; we would like to respond accordingly... It says everything about your client servicing attitude and management approach. Good-luck! -- I have been going here since 2020. It was great for a while and then one day when my go-to technician altered the shape of just two of the nails and I brought it to her attention. On requesting to fix it as they were visibly too thin on the sides and would break faster than usual, the attitude went from friendly to hostile. I still had a pending pedi appointment with her, but it was so awkward as the the whole attitude became unfriendly and unprofessional, only coz I asked something that was done wrong to be fixed. To add to it, I had to come back the next day to fix the whole set as the chrome was not applied properly and was chipping away on the edges in one evening somehow. I was still super friendly and maintained the cordial behavior and tipped well but the whole thing on the the tech and management end was very weird and me feel very uncomfortable.
