Well what can I have another appointment today. It was a amazing experience. I felt extra pampered. Mimi and the staff were awesome.

Went in to get a pedicure,called ahead of time to book an appointment. When I got there they took me immediately. There was an elderly lady that was assigned to do my service. When she filled the tub up with water it was cold and there was debris and particles floating in my water. When I asked her to make the water hotter, she seemed not to understand and I had to assist her. There was no bubbles. She didn't use any cuticle softener and when I asked her to cut my cuticles because I get ingrown on my big toe she barely did that. I spoke to who I believe was the owner or manager to see if someone else could assist me and she mentioned that unfortunately they wouldn't be able to cut my cuticles the way I wanted to because the are not insured to do that type of service which I've never heard of in all my years of getting pedicures.
