This place is horrible. The customer service, the work, the price. They overcharge for everything. They have a liquid gel set for over 100 dollars and they don't even use liquid gel. They dipped my nail in a powder and no extra coatinf. My nails hurt and are very fragile. I'm scared its going to break anytime soon. I have stopped myself touching or rough handling anything because I'm scared My nails might break (I've never felt this way with other salons). At the end of the service, the guy had the audacity to ask for tip on top on over charging and not using what I paid for. Save yourself. Don't go. Go to Pearl salon instead on Dundas. They do a much better job and are always booked. Pinky has available slots all the time-and now I see why.

I had a new set put on using the dip powder. Im quite familiar with having my nails done, and know for a fact these werent done right. I have only had them on for one week and it looks like two weeks worth of growth. They are so thin and flimsy, 2 have broken and 3 are lifting/about to fall off. For the price that I payed this should not be happening. I can go anywhere else and get them done for significantly less and way better. Disappointed with this experience.
