Went for a pedicure with my friend and service was good. But the next day I got toe infections on both feet, and my friend got an infection as well. I went back a few days later when I was in the area to tell them and get a refund, but they kept claiming it wasn't their fault and no refund was given. They turned very aggressive when I told them and they refused to listen, saying it was not their fault and that they're not giving a refund. Eventually, I just left because they were not offering any compensation, and now I have to continue walking around with hurt feet that I unfortunately paid $75 for. Service: Pedicure

Me and my friend went there, I got gel and she got acrylics. They did my friends nails were too thick and when we asked her to file them more the lady that was doing her nails said that it wasnt posible, then we asked her to do a french and they said it was 10 more dollars for design but they didnt say that on the phone and 10 more solars because we didnt want tips and they used foil. We had to pay the lady who was doing my nails 30 more dollars so she could fix my friends nail since the lady who was doing hers left right away after finishing her nails. And 8 days after my appointment one of my nails broke and I had to super glue it, they were 90 dollars. I spent 226 for both sets and I already have to look for a new salon so they can fix it. My favorite nail salon in Toronto. Best service, super clean, excellent skills. Tracy is the best in the city but frankly, they are all wonderful. Love, and talented. Such a treat this place every single time! Love love love.
