Horrible experience, wouldnt suggest it to anyone. Definitely not a friendly environment! Staff talk rudely about their clients; very disrespectful. Not worth the hype! I like to be treated with care as Im getting my nails done but thats not at all what I received. They advertise long nails but they cant even do that. So dont believe everything you see on their website. Staff who refused my sister were not clear why they rejected the service. All 3 ladies who interacted with my sister kept walking away and go talk and laugh in the back about her choices. The blonde lady then came back and tried to work out a plan for her talking about the length they could do; she agreed but none of the 3 ladies assisted her. Laughing and calling her Cardi B over there was so rude! Not only rude but its seems like your harassing my sister after she clearly agreed with a length with the blonde lady previously before. 10 mins go by and another nail tech came and asked if my sister could pay 170$asking her if she could pay that? Which was rude and offensive! What do you mean by that? Do you ask all your clients if they can pay for their nails before starting!That is why she left, saying no thanks! But I personally asked her to come back as this is what my sister and I always do together; we get pamper and get our nails done. As she doesnt deserve to be treated that way and Im stuck with someone who is filing my nails for another hour. Like its Easter weekend; we had dinner plans that night, family event. U may refuse service but be professional about it, sit down and talk to the client to figure out whats best for the client. Dont just harass and make fun of clients when they are paying costumers and the reason that this place even runs. Its my honest opinion; I get nothing out of this. I refuse your refund and free nails appointment because thats not what this is about. Its about respecting others as we were respectful when we arrived. Simply if you CANT do the nails that was requested, then say you cant and we will go somewhere else. Dont waste my time and yours.

Love getting a russian manicure from Caroline :) shes so precise and careful, my nails never break or chip and it lasts long because she paints so close to the cuticle. so glad i found her !
