My Doula Diandra B. helped me significantly by working with me on my birthing plan and executing it throughout my labor. I wanted no medication; massage techniques and breathing support used during my labor and my Doula supported all my decisions. I felt listened to and my wishes were respected throughout the process. My Doula visited me in my home and made herself available throughout the process by phone and email. I gave birth to my beautiful son in 3 hours. I did not use a Doula service with my first child and my labor process was 30 + hours. I believe a Doula service would have assisted in the labor time decreasing. I would definitely recommend All About Kindness.
