Brighter Together

As the Marketing Manager of First Book Canada, a non-profit providing books to kids in need across Canada, I want to thank Brighter Together for their support. Brighter Together provided funding to get books to kids in a high needs school in Toronto. The team was very professional and organized- overall a pleasure to work with.

I'm the Executive Director of Vancouver Food Runners, a nonprofit that uses app technology and a team of volunteer drivers to redirect surplus food from businesses to nonprofit partners in Vancouver working with clients experiencing food insecurity. Brighter Together Foundation provided instrumental funding support for our annual app maintenance costs in 2022, which we are so grateful for, and their team has been kind, courteous, professional to work with. Thank you for all that you do to support communities across Canada.

Nanoose Community Services (NCS) was delighted to receive support from Brighter Together for our FoodShare Program. NCS is a non-profit that primarily provides food support in the form of grocery cards to people in our region who are experiencing economic hardship. In addition, we are now collaborating with local farmers to buy fresh, local produce and bring it directly to lower-income families, seniors and individuals. The Brighter Together Foundation support enabled us to purchase plastic totes for picking up and dropping off produce, as well as a market tent to provide some shelter when distributing the produce. We enjoyed working with the BTF team, and especially received a lot of assistance from Angelica Vega. Many thanks!

I always love to help out others, and I always try my best to donate where its needed. I can truly say that it was my first time donating to brighter Together, and I was so happy to receive the feedback and information. Bright immigration is all about helping others. I was impressed to even get photos of this project and literally watch it come together. Bright immigration definitely made me feel Involved and showed their gratitude.
