I regretted signing up for monthly billing after it took three phone calls to customer service to successfully cancel and each time I had to wait on hold for an hour. I canceled because they are not rated highly on Charity Intelligence.

Door to door sales person was very pushy and full of lies, would 100% never give a cent to this 'Charity'. Girl mentioned that there were a lot of Ukrainian's in my area and she doesn't understand why they are mad at Russian's. Really show's they are just after money since this 'Charity' is suppose to about helping kids.... and kids are being abducted and killed in Ukraine.....

These people are donation extortioners. Impossible to cancel. They even take the option off the website so you can waste time calling them. They pressed for a monthly donation and now it is impossible to cancel. An organization like this makes me doubt they true intent with the money. Im going to fight this with my Bank.

SCAM of a Charity!! Was told we were making only a one time donation, turned out they continued to charge our cc monthly. Called to cancel, after a long chat was told it'd be cancelled before the next month. Nope, card was charged again. Had to cancel with MasterCard. Also, sent us a charitable donation receipt for the WRONG amount.
