Their people going door to door looking for donations do not respect "no agents, solicitors or peddlers" sign. Brushed it off when I asked why they ignore such a sign. Not impressed.

It is a shame that when you can no longer afford monthly donation it is next to Impossible to have them stop the payments. Wrote and called in Feb 2022. Followed up with two phone calls. They didnt stop the payment. when I signed up for online banking in November 2022 I saw they had not stopped the monthly donation. Called and emailed. they said they owed me $365.00 and would put it back in my bank account immediately. They did not. More emails. As of today they have returned $165.00 only on January 13th which was done manually. Called today. Very poor attitude from person on phone as if this was a major inconvenience to her. Tone of voice dreadful as if I a problem What do I have to do to get this resolved????? Have they any idea how much time this has taken me.it seems they really dont care! Will never donate again.shame as they do great work. UPDATE: A senior management person called after reading this review. He apologized profusely and advised the situation would be corrected immediately. To make a long story short, it took approx another 4 weeks, emails sent by me and a phone call received from the same man. By the sixth week I received the balance owed to me in the mail, by means of a cheque. If I donate again I will send a one time payment.

I am.sure the doctors are doing a great job and kudos to them. They just opened a kiosk at East York Town Centre and there are 1 or 2 uoung guys that are worse than car salesman, first they say nice things to get your attention and then they pressure you despite saying NO. These young guys later make fun of those who do not want to donate. feel the company needs to train these young guys how to talk to the public especially when they are asking for donation.

Scam alert.( doctor helping people is nice) but Door to door solicitation in neighborhoods with high crime rates and many senior citizens is terrible practice. Not presenting Doctor Without Borders photo identification is not acceptable.
