I started calling Black Legal Action Centre due to elementary issues. It was a relief, the person that provided their support continue helping me for three years. And then refer me to PARENTS OF BLACK CHILDREN then again it was from negative, it ended up a massive positive. Thank you.

My experience with Black Legal Action Center was good I had a great lawyers by the name Frieda who work hard to fight for justice for my daughter she was kind and Compassionate and she understood What's I was fighting for Which was equality And the stopping of racism in the classroom

Once again Black people don't have representation and this office is just a popup store for information. They only work if someone has blatantly used racial slurs. Presently, if HRTO and HRLSC doesn't believe you have a case BLAC wont accept it. There is no justice for Black people unless someone says a racial slur. Well done Margaret Parsons, who is related to these people. You screwed up everyone's opportunity for your own greed.

Avoid this place if you're in dire need of legal assistance. They seem to not have a sound grasp of the 'ratio decidendi' of past legal judgments. You're better off using your favorite search engine for legal counsel because that is exactly the calibre of advice that will confront you. Their lawyers are not kept abreast of case law precedents and the trajectory of the justice system in Canada. Don't waste your time because they seem to lack the technical sophistication to glean the merits of your claim. Justice isn't free, if it is advertised as such, then you will get exactly what you did not pay for

I called BLAC when I was in need of some legal counsel. It was easy to get in contact with them and they helped me with everything I needed. On top of this it was clear they take genuine care and interested in the cases they help. If you are in need of legal advice I highly recommend giving them a call.
