        Vacate the space & open a candy shop instead. Poor service; the housing workers are not available most of the time. It is a community service that doesn't have power to help homeless. I have given up since my last visit. They should learn how give a good service to clients. Ask them what they need; and at least give them a place to live. It is a walk in office, the receptionist does not give helpful information; it seems they just want to get rid of people. Unbelievable.
