just found out that this organization is following a data-illiterate, pseudoscience-based position of STILL "recommendeding" masking, in May 2023. calls their expertise in areas into question

Wow I cant believe Im not the only one waiting years for a response. I filed a complaint in August 2020. I stopped receiving delay letters in July 2022. It has been nearly 3 years. I googled the doctor. I filed a complaint against, DR Fadi Swaida and he has admitted to misconduct before, and his penalty was only one month suspension of his license and a $3000 fine and may be a few other taps on the wrist but was able to perform an extraction on me, three years later. I only went there because that was the place that offered sedation since my pain tolerance is very low but I was not sedated, and I was definitely charge for it. I felt every single tooth, all four, pulled out of my mouth with no medication and very little freezing. I screamed and cried in pain. Only to be told its not pain its pressure I had never been so terrified in my life I couldnt believe it was happening to me. I feel like legal action against both the college and dentist is the only thing we can do at this point, especially since the college does nothing and doesnt take us seriously.

Why is the college protecting perley weaver? With all the complaints against him, he should be stripped of his license. I think the college is afraid to take action.

I don't think the complaints are being taken seriously. Paul Greenacre has repeated offences of the same type since his Carleton University days, but still has license to "accidentally" do an unnecessary and expensive procedure without patient consent, and "accidentally" damage something else and doesn't fix the main thing! People are better to wait in line for good dentist, than rush get treated by a scam dentist - such pathetic incompetence

Update - still have not had a ruling on my complaint from December of 2020. Submitted a complaint about a Dentist I saw almost 1.5 years ago and still have no ruling. First dentist I saw said I have 7 cavities and second said I have none. Be careful on the Dentist you choose because they do not seem to have any consistency.
