        The RIBO site is very difficult to navigate. The Chat assistant does not answer direct questions, it offers information based on key words in your query. This information may not be what you're requesting at all. I applied for my licence and selected the "have my agency pay later" option, only to learn almost a month later that the bill was never sent and the registration application was now dead-dated. A month lost, during which I was checking daily the status. This option should not be offered if it is not working. It is almost impossible to speak to anyone directly at RIBO, they seem to have directed everything to be dealt with online through their tricksy website. I am not at all impressed with the overall lack of service.
