The way they make appointments is ridiculous

I was terrified to come here because of all the bad reviews but was really pleasantly surprised. The scheduling process was a bit unprofessional and took months but that was really my only complaint. The n95 they gave me was annoying but other than that the receptionist was nice and the doctor was amazing! I cant recall her last name but I believe her first name was Marta- she made me really comfortable and I was no longer worried or stressed. Hope others also have a good experience here.

Got a referral here and was told it is walk ins only by the referring doctor. Additionally the website and phone number for axis clinic state they are walk in only. I just paid 20$ flat rate for parking, only to get to the clinic for them to tell me they are only accepting patients with appointments. So I just lit 20$ on fire for nothing. Additionally, they said they will call to follow up next week but didnt give me a time or date. Doubt Ill ever hear from them. Horrible experience.

avoid this clinic if you can. Doctors are just their to clock in for their job. They don't care about your problems and it seems like listening to you is a waste of their time. Thought it would be different with a female doctor, turns out it is just as bad.

Horribly disorganized, came to appointment and the doctor wasnt even there. Receptionists are miserable and rude
