As a non-white person, I found my first and (hopefully) only encounter here racist. The person behind the counter was extremely patient when dealing with several, repetitive questions of the white person in front of me. As soon as I approached and asked about my options for sending the documents I had to send, he started rolling his eyes and showing impatience at my questions for further clarity. I pointed out that this was my first time using Canada Post and it would be appreciated if he could mellow down a bit. He did stop rolling his eyes at least; but it was extremely unpleasant to see his differential treatment.

Canada Post chose to deliver here instead of directly to me. I brought a cart, but the boxes were too big. The people at Oakwood allowed me to unpack the boxes. So very kind.

Informative, knowledgeable, friendly. Alot of customers arent really prepared when they come in, asking questions, taping packages, finding out how much something costs. So those take some time in wait times. The couple tend to work as a team, unless canada post has just come in. Then its just one of the them. So be patient. About 3 to 5 customers can fit into the store at a time. Ive had no issues with their professionalism. And never lost a package on me yet, been going to them for 3 years.
