        Awful. The first thing that older guy needs to do when he makes a mistake is be accountable and not blame on anything else and apologize. A day after bringing in the car for brake lights change they get busted and you blame the customer? Good thing the owners ahave the decency to apologize on your behalf for your rude bahaviour.
