I would give zero stars if that were an option Dr. Micieli is a liar. He told me I was good to go then a week later i got a letter from the MTO saying my drivers license is suspended due to vision. Meanwhile I have been driving for 15 years with no issues!!! I called Dr. Micieli to follow up and he claims that he told me when I was at the appointment. He lied!!!! Watch out for the staff at this clinic. I will never go again.

I went to see my eyes . I made an appointment with Dr. Yan to see my eyes. The attitude of the front desk was extremely bad. I ignored her when I talked to her, as if I owed her money, and cursed loudly. I was very scared, Regardless of whether we were asked afterwards, it was our turn after waiting for a long time. This kind of front desk is not worthy of being here. Is there no one there? So many people complain, will the administrator not rectify it?

I was referred to Dr. N. P last year (I will just mention her initials) due to my left eye chronic inflammation because of uveitis that caused very blurry vision. I went there a few times, and there was no improvement to my eye. She never took a photo to the back of my eye. The inflammation to this date is active. Last time she saw me, she was back from her vacation, she did not even look at my eye instead one of the assistants tested. I saw her first 2 minutes only to tell me frustrated, I don't want to see you for 5 years. I said, "What if the inflammation is back? She said just put the same drops/seroid a few times a day for a week. This made me feel awful. I was referred afterward to the hospital by another doctor, and he will see my eye in a few months , I might have surgery.

I made an appointment to see an ophthalmologist today. There was a neurotic woman at the front desk who had a very bad attitude and ignored our visit. Arrogant attitude and rude language
