Your assistance is a complete B****. I hate to be negative you took weeks just to call to reschedule and after visits to the USA and Canada confirming my mom needs laser you waste my time saying I need a consultation!! You have no sense or urgency to help your patients and then this B***+ refused to let me speak to the doctor directly. She welcomed my Google survey well here it is ! I see why your reviews are terrible your running this office!

Dr. Panos Christakis is exceptional and everyone that works at this clinic are also top notch. I would like to also mention Prasanth Nair who works at the front reception...he has been so accommodating and just super overall! TWO THUMBS UP FOR SURE!!!!

The doctors are fantastic, but you're expected to come early and wait for over an hour. It takes so long I routinely have to get my eyes frozen twice. It's so busy there's two waiting rooms you have to get through before you can even see your doctor, and then wait in one of two doctors rooms, so technically three waiting rooms. If you're willing to wait it's great, but if you value your time then look somewhere else.
