Be careful. My daughter's glasses was broken and we badly need a set of contact lenses, and visited the store today. After showing the guy the prescription, I clearly asked do you have it and I need it now. He confirmed and I paid, then he began to sell the $60 training services (wow, $60 just teach you how to wear contact lenses), we said we will consider but not now. Then I asked him to give me the boxes, the said they DO NOT have it in the store, and I can come back 3-5 days to get them. If I buy the training services, they will give us 5 pairs of trial for free. I dont believe there was a miscommunication at the begining, they could have the boxes in the back, just want you buy the training service for free trials as you need them badly. Haha, good skill.

I recently visited Lensfra Optical and was thoroughly impressed by the level of customer service I received. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the process of picking out new glasses a breeze. The store had a great selection of frames and the optometrist was efficient and professional during the eye exam. I highly recommend Lensfra Optical for anyone in need of new glasses or an eye exam.

Very pleased with the service here. I had been to three other stores this morning and was met with unreasonably complicated service. Lensfra was so pleasant and easy to work with and understood my needs right away.
