First off, mix ups and human error happens and thats okay. Its unintentional and its normal. Whats not okay is lying and then gaslighting your patients. This clinic mixed up my appointment times by 40 minutes. For me, it was inconsequential and I could have just gone somewhere else to run errands and came back in half an hour. Instead, they said that theyll be able to see me within 10-15 minutes and just wait. 15 minutes lateroh youre next. Half an hour went by, and a few walk ins went before me, so I check inYoure next. Theyre just seeing other doctors. At this point, I know theyre lying, because I saw my doctor walking into multiple different rooms at this point. So, I sit back down and waited. I waited for ~an hour to finally see the doctor. At this point, Ive already spent all my energy trying to be patient and understanding. At the same time, people should still be respectful of other peoples time. This is our life! Our time is limited. I expressed the front desk very clearly, that it was not okay to lie to me. They have all the information: Whos left in the queue, which patients the doctors have already seen. They should be managing their clients expectations. The person running the front desk. Straight up gaslighted me. She said she didnt mix up the appointment times. She said youre next means youre next to wait in one of the rooms. And then proceeded to ignore me. The only reason this review isnt a one star, is because of Nala. She deserves all the raises this clinic can afford, and should be running the place. After the unpleasant conversation with the previous woman. She gave me compassion and accountability even when it wasnt her fault. She even gave me a solution to avoid the mayhem of walk-ins next time. When your clients are showing you some patience and grace for appointment time mix ups the least you can do is show some compassion and respect. EVERYONE IS ENTITLED TO THAT.

I had my family doctor at this place for almost a year and whenever I visited Dr. Tariq, I was always judged on personal opinion and less on the basis of medical tests. I continuously suffered from health issues for which only a Ultrasound was referred even after visiting 5-7 times for the same issue. I pushed for other tests too but was never recommended and the situation got worse, and have to get tested with other doctors and scans. The healthcare in the country is already super bad and good clinics like Health one should atleast consider things more seriously.

Regularly go to Grace De Pasquale for massage therapy. Her service/work is excellent and she provides very helpful info for post workout stretches to help improve my gym routines, definitely recommend!

Have had awful experiences at healthone optometry. Given the prices healthone charges, you would expect some better service. To begin, when you get the eye exam, they upsell random services that are not covered by insurance, but they say its part of normal eye checks and I had to pay over $100 out of pocket. After they tried to upsell random eye drops costing close $200 for dry eyes. They also tried to talk me into getting $2000 out of pocket procedure to fix my dry eyes. All the upsell is crazy here so be careful Given that they know your prescription, youd expect them to recommend glasses that fit the lenses. However, within few months of getting $800 pair of glasses, the lenses began to pop out and when I took the glasses back to fix it, they say its because my prescription is too high so my lenses are too thick for the frame. The frames the store recommended using the prescription they gave me. I tried to warranty the frames hoping it would fix it but they kept suggesting me against it to save the warranty in case the frames snap or something without telling me how long my warranty actually is. Now that I actually need to warranty my frames 1.5 years later, they said the warranty is only good for 1 year. The customer service on phone and in stores is awful and have an attitude the moment they pick up the phone. My $150 warby Parker glasses experienced completely blows healthone out of the water I have done physiotherapy and psychotherapy at healthone before and those have been great experiences. However the experience at healthone optometry makes me never want to go back and would recommend everyone against this place that clearly dont care about the customers and try to scam as much as possible
