        Have been going here for over 8 years and just took my 6-year old there for his first eye exam. Dr. Markowitz was patient and calming to help relax my sons nerves. Friendly, caring, and professional.

        Dr. Markowitz does not have any experience with Sclera Lenses and despite of that she charge much more money than an specialist. She never could fit my lenses and I ended up loosing my money she does not refund any money and her reason is just because she has a paper hanging on the wall showing "No Refunds" Shame on her

        Dr. Markowitz and Stephen are great but their receptionist is very rude and inconsiderate. Even in person, she always seemed to be irritated when talking to clients. Today, I called her to ask for information from my OWN medical record so I can purchase glasses online because I don't want to go out due to covid and she refused. Thank goodness somebody else was there and she provided the information I needed.
