I've been looking for a decent health food store in the west end and finally found one! I was looking for high quality flour and the staff knew where it came from and even how old the company was. You might save money purchasing low quality food you have no idea how old it is or you can purchase healthy food from local business. The choice is yours.

Great products and selection at this independent local grocery. Highly recommended. Friendly & knowledgeable staff at Fresh Fields helped me (and I suspect much of the larger of the community) to get through the darker days of the pandemic.

Cant believe the variety and quantity stocked in this great little place. Reasonable prices and interesting stuff thats hard to find elsewhere. Friendly staff and good vibe.
