        I had booked an appointment for custom orthotics. On the day of the appointment, I received a call 1 min before the scheduled time and they advised that the person who does the orthotics was not there and they had to cancel my appointment. This is so unprofessional and terrible customer service. They had a couple of hours to advise me in advance and no one bothered. It was such an inconvenience for numerous reasons and I am sorely disappointed at the lack of respect for the customers time.
