Having lived with a debilitating chronic pain condition for over 5 years I have worked with countless practitioners and never seemed to make any progress or have any lasting relief until I found Erica. She is highly attuned and incredibly skilled. Her approach is gentle and yet so effective. She is sensitive and compassionate and helped put me at ease almost immediately. Working with her has allowed me to finally feel safer in my body and feel hopeful about my recovery. After years of pain, worry and feeling like I would never get better, since having treatments with Erica I have been gone from being mostly bed bound to having my life back. Thank you Erica !

I've been seeing Erica for the last 5 years and have always had a great experience. She's extremely professional and caring, and has helped me with my back/neck pain, and my issues with vestibular migraines. Just the other day I went for my appointment with terrible neck and back pain after sleeping in a funny position, and I left her office with no pain at all. As someone with a few chronic illnesses and a disability status, I have seen my fair share of health care practitioners in a number of fields over many years. But I can honestly say that Erica has been my favourite. I have been receiving osteopathy treatments from Erica for years now. As a person with Tourettes Syndrome, having treatments for my spine and my nervous system have been life changing! Erica is amazing! I had my first session with her over 5 years ago when I was experiencing severe low back pain and multiple daily spasms that were preventing me from waking or even sleeping comfortably. Her compassionate approach and clinical skills always exceed my expectations. Erica has massively helped with my recent pregnancy, offering amazing treatments for my various prenatal and postpartum aches and pains. I couldnt imagine going through a pregnancy or dealing with an injury without her helpful sessions. She is just the best!
