        Wanted to express gratitude for the high level customer service that I experienced with Fjllrvens Queen St store in Toronto. Particular shout out to Nick who went above and beyond. His knowledge, communication, and friendliness was incredible. I ordered backpacks in bulk and in addition to helping facilitate the purchase and advise on the product, he proactively provided clear and regular updates on status (as he had to source products from multiple locations). Beyond Nick, interactions with everyone in the store were memorably pleasant. They were all insightful, helpful, and genuine. Ill gladly buy more from Fjllrven and would go out of my way to shop at this location. Thanks again!
