Mackage

4 months and still dont have a refund. I call. Email, no response but its being processed. They dont even reply to the emails sent. I buy from them yearly 3-5 items. Way too much money spent for them to not have a better system in place. Very unfair, please be cautious when doing business with this company.

Had a great experience in store with Manzoor. I was able to try on everything I was interested in and he patiently helped me with sizing and went over the differences between items. The experience felt attentive and not overbearing at all.

Purchased a jacket for $990. A week later, found it at Sporting Life for $890. Called the store to find out why received funny excuses. On my way to return it.

I purchased two coats late last Dec and called when realized that one was the wrong one. The person I spoke to said its insanely busy and not to worry it would get sorted Lockdown happened. I was told by the GM at the eaton centre that in short First, too bad bc I couldnt remember the name of the person I spoke to so I was spoken down to like I was lying and then secondly, he lied to me and said the coat I had and never worn was not sold this year but I went onto the site and yes, it is. When spending over a few thousands on two coats and you get this service why buy their product. Ive purchased many things from there but as Ive told anyone I know dont buy there now. It was covid and all our lives have been chaotic and need understanding but mackage doesnt care bc they have your money.
