So placed our order through UBER EATS, we have placed many times in the past. This location didnt have the items in store as it went stock out. So they called if we wanna replace our order with something else that they have already in stock. So we did that. And confirmed with one of the girl who was working there. She has issue with her communication skills and aksed if we can understand urdu. Even tho We dont speak urdu yet we tried to corporate with her as we do understand urdu somewhat . So after confirming the order we hung up. Everything was good until she called us back again to our number which we failed to receive but 2 mins later we saw missed calls so we instantly call back. They are saying to place the order again in uber as that one got canceled. But on uber it was already showing closed . The lady started to become rude and saying it was your fault you didnt pick up. We didnt have any food, we placed an order in uber which they didnt have yet when they called we were happy to replace our order. We were co operating with them in every possible way, yet the way she behaved was so unacceptable and she should learn how to deal with due respect with customers. Its not your home country so you wanna be unnecessarily rude with people. You guys should learn some manners. STUPID!

Its an awesome experience. The vibes and ambience of Karahi point is amazing. Saima, the manager is very polite and humble with all the customers. Must visit.
