Dora was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is so positive and friendly and went out of her way to help us out with our wedding event. Everything was super clean and packaged for delivery in immaculate condition. She also was able to deliver everything early for us so we didnt have to worry about this part of our planning. If ZERO stars was an option, that is what i would give. Left a message looking to inquire about some rental equipment for a company event, owner called me back and gave me such a round around, made me repeat all the items (10 items) only to keep telling me that she's unable to confirm if they could. Asked if there was someone else that could actually confirm for me and then she continues to lead on that "yea, um i don't know, i can't confirm" instead of telling me she can look to confirm the date and get back to me. She was very unprofessional, starts telling me how she almost got hit at that moment by a truck (so clearly she was talking to me while driving) which clearly impacted her ability to even have a proper conversation with me. Horrible service, would not bother with them at all.
