My family and I have been going to Dr.Aylas office for about 6 years. I had a traumatic experience at my previous dentist and was a little hesitant to go to another one after that situation. However, my experience at Our Family Dentistry has been amazing. Dr.Ayla and all of the staff at the office are amazing people. Truly the nicest, patient, and most amazing group of ladies! I would definitely recommend this dentist to everyone and anyone I know!

I HIGHLY recommend this place. AMAZING family/staff starting from the receptionists (Yudi and Rita). They figure out everything you need to know (prices and insurance coverage) beforehand, with all kindness, respect and love in this world. The dentist is WONDERFUL! Dr. Irene is a passionate, skilled, experienced and human dentist. She explained everything to me in details and she made sure I understood everything. Joyce, which is her assistant, is also great, she was always making sure I was feeling comfortable and secure at all times. If you are looking for a great service and a great team you just found your spot! Very adorable experience with those incredible women.

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! My mom went there today at 5:15pm, she was aware that her consultation had a fee of $160 dollars, but after dr. Ayala who literally did nothing for her she basically glued my mom's teeth with a glue that looked like one from dollarama because when my mom got home her teeth fell out. and they charged her $538 for basically gluing her teeth. my mom denied to pay this amount because it is not fair that because of this they would charge that much. The receptionist lady was extremely rude with my mom and called her a "thief" for denying to pay that amount and they did not want to give my mom an estimate of how much her whole treatment would cost because she did not pay the $538, and even my mom was so nice that she paid the $160 consultation that she would not even have to pay because of the poor service and attention that she received and because they did not even did an x-ray for her. Basically this place stole $160 of my mom and wanted to steal more from her. This is a place that does not value their customers and have no idea on how to provide an excellent customer service. the place is so messy and ugly. and prices are way higher for the poor service that they offer. In addition to this, they did not apologize for what they did to my mom which makes them look worse. one more time DO NOT GO THERE FIND A BETTER DENTISTRY THERE ARE MANY GOOD ONES OUT THERE.
