I went to Trudy over a year ago with eyebrow microblading that had turned reddish after a few years. Underneath those old microblading, I also had a semi-permanent eyebrow tatoo done several years before that. Trudy tried to work with my eyebrows, but in the end suggested me to get a tattoo removal before having new eyebrows done. I am glad that she did that even though it took me five painful laser treatments to remove them and a whole year. When I went back the year after, even though not all the old tattoos could be removed, Trudy was still able to fix my eyebrows the way I like them. I think Trudy took pride of her work and wants her customers to get the best eyebrows they could. I highly recommend Trudy. Service: Microblading

UPDATE: Trudy agreed with my assessment and spent an hour giving me the exact look I wanted and that suits my face! Im very happy with the results and will go back to Trudy again. She stood behind her work and ensured I was totally happy before leaving. Thank you Trudy!! UPDATE: I have sent Trudy pictures. I am pleased that she has agreed to do the additional Microblading needed to fill in the spots and amend the shape to better suit my face. I will update further after my appointment. I had Microblading done on June 29, 2022. I was told by Trudy Trinh that my appt would be 1.5 hours - I was out within an hour. The inking actually took 5 minutes max, the remainder of the time was discussing the procedure, measuring and numbing. Trudy Trinhs room is at the back of a hair salon, you wont see a sign on the street. When the process was completed I was pleased with the color and shape, I tipped Trudy Trinh 15%. Total cost $810 including tax. When I got home and looked at the shape from different angles, the straight harsh lines made me look angry. This particular shape may be in style but it doesnt suit my face. I call them my angry brows! I immediately wrote to Trudy with my concerns. She responded promptly the next day on July 1st. She disagreed with the shape which is bizarre - she took pictures. She suggested I give it time so I did. I still like the color but now that the flaking Id done, there are two bald spots and one brow is longer than the other. I have been correcting her errors everyday with an eyebrow pencil and adding to the top of each brow to soften the harsh shape. On August 6th I touched up my brows like I do everyday now and sent Trudy Trinh a photo. I requested an appointment and offered to pay for her time and numb the brows before I arrive to save time. It would take about 10 minutes of her time. I was shocked that she referred me to her website price page and reminded me that I signed up for it on line. Trudy Trinh wants an additional $175 plus tax to correct her two mistakes. Thats over $1,000 and my time. Thats a lot of money for substandard work. Why am I paying to fix her two mistakes? There are many talented makeup artists that do Microblading in Toronto, Ill pay someone to correct Trudys errors. Services: Microblading, Eyebrows

A friend of mine recommended Trudy for microblading because she loved how natural her results were! Many of my friends in Toronto have also gone to Trudy and loved their results. Trudy is quick to respond via email/text. The entire process from start to finish is VERY efficient. Nowdays you can find microblading "professionals" everywhere but is only one Trudy Trinh! And thats that! Is been 8 years since i first came see her and i was debating if i should drive for over an hour "just for eyebrows" or settle with a lady close to my home, doing same thing. Five minutes later in to her instagram portofolio (@permanentmakeuptoronto) and i knew she is the one that will give my eyebrows life back! All the "professionals" out there know how to draw the hair lines...but i trully think that the secret of amazing eyebrows are in the color she picks for each client. She is a master at matching the pigment with the skin tone, that compliments the face features so good and they look like real eyebrows that never been drawn! Went back in Europe last year and even my friends from same field as her noticed how good the color mathces my skin and my hair. I made the best decision back in 2014, and i wear her magic everyday since!! Beside her obvious skill, she is a lovely person , which is so hard to find nowdays! Service: Eyebrows
