Tho approaches her work with a lot of detail. She listened to what I wanted and made sure I was consulted in each of her step before moving forward. I've previously had two different technicians from other businesses done microblading on me and neither the heal colours was what I expected nor the shape was what I wanted. When I reached out to Tho, she was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was done even before I explained my situation. She advised me to get the micoblading shape tattoo removed via laser and have provided some businesses that offered the solutions. (My experience with the tatoo removal ended up very pleasant.) Once that was taken care of, Tho was able to redo the shape for me. She spent time getting the shape right as my face is not symmetrical. She showed me what it was like and we worked on it "together" to get the shape that I really wanted. I didn't felt rushed and she was very patient and friendly. The final result is amazing. It looks completely natural. The healed colour is also what would match my hairtype colour. In addition to that, it was also much less painful compared to microblading and the healing process was also much better overall. I'm super happy with my new set of brows and certainly feel more confident. Most days, I only do my eye makeup and rarely even do my brows anymore, unless I want to add extra definition. I love Tho and my experience with her. She is professional, detailed and patient. I'm super thankful for Tho and giving me what I wanted. Most importantly, taking the time and letting me know that I have options and explaining the various options that could work or which is best for me. I would highly recommend reaching out to Tho if you are looking to compliment your looks naturally. She is skilled and great at explaining all the options.
