The best legal care I could imagine. Finding the right lawyers for seeking legal recourse for sexual harm is challenging at best. JEGL has struck an unusually fine balance of providing trauma informed care and legal rigor and competence that is practically impossible to find in the world of civil law. I can't say enough about the integrity, kindness, competence and dedication they demonstrate in the process of serving their clients.

Exceptionally disappointing experience. Had an intake call over 4 weeks ago and was told wed hear back in a week from then. Zero follow up until I had to follow up and leave a message, to which only at that point, that individual followed up to say it was still pending response (review). Given the nature of what they specialize in, this is counterintuitive and makes people feel worse than they already do. This is supposed to be a place to help and yet, with zero follow up, makes us think they prioritize high profile clients before anyone else. Were looking at lawyers because this place appears to have no courtesy, is unprofessional and this is very disappointing to say the least.

A family member retained this firm 7 years ago and is still in preliminary stages with their case. I started only a few years ago. They said I had a strong case but maybe it's just a really weak case, I have no idea, there's no communication. The process to try and talk to anyone who actually has answers regarding my case is very stressful and in the end I have no answers anyways so I stopped trying. They simply don't contact me for any reason, ever. Zero communication and zero progress concludes that they simply have no interest in working on my case. Not sure why they agreed to take it. If they weren't going to charge me thousands of dollars to cancel the agreement I would cancel it immediately and go somewhere else.

I have so many reasons why I would never go to another lawyer- other than for real estate, etc. For me I found them to be incredibly professional, compassionate and I knew they were fighting for me when I couldn't. I will not be able to articulate the praise and recommendations they deserve but as I stated earlier Jellinek Law is the only number I would phone when needed. They will always remain in my contacts.
