I could not be more thankful for Mr. Bogoroch and his team, especially Mahsa Dabirian. I reached out to many lawyers for months, and Mr. Bogoroch was the only lawyer who believed I had a case; for almost four years, they spent so much of their time and money fighting for me after a medical malpractice that resulted in death. Not only did Mahsa successfully represent me, but she was also so supportive during this difficult time. Mahsa made the process a lot easier and is one of the kindest, most empathetic people I have ever had the privilege of meeting. I met Ms. Toby Samson and Mr. Richard Bogoroch when my mom suffered an unimaginable tragedy resulting from medical negligence. My mom suffered a severe brain hemorrhage leaving her bedridden, on a ventilator and dependent on us for all her basic daily needs. She subsequently passed as a result of the trauma she endured. This was the most difficult experience my family and I have ever faced in our lives and Toby Samson and Richard Bogoroch, made the process of seeking justice for her manageable when we faced unimaginable events. Always professional, compassionate and accommodating, they briefed my family and I every step of the way, they took care of all the necessary legal documents and were a listening ear when we needed guidance. They treated us as if we were family and helped us seek justice for her.
