        Sherwin was super professional and friendly. I described my situation and he came out to our home and gave suggestions on how to prevent raccoons from gathering in the future and removed the one that was giving us problems. Everything happened quickly, there was no banter about getting a guy out there sometime, he set a date and time and was there. Everything was discussed on the phone including cost prior to the visit so everything was very straightforward.
