First time we tried this place is a groomer close to our neighborhood. Leo was satisfied, and I liked the procedure. The full groom process was completed in 2 hours. In terms of price, it is one of the most affordable places in this neighborhood. I hope they continue like this. I will definitely share my second experience.

We've been to a lot of dog groomers in the neighborhood and Fluff is the best. Friendly staff, great at what they do. An online booking system that works. Highly recommended!

I had my dog groomed here last year 2022 around October. My dog seemed fine and well groomed but when I checked his paw, almost all of his nails seem to have bled as the nail had dried blood. I called in asking the situation and, at first they tried to explain how my dog was not stable during the blow dry and they had to put him in a cage and thats where he got his blood. ABSOLUTELY NO! I know how to cut dogs nails and the blood was from cutting the nails really short After continuing to ask what really happened hundreds of times instead of their excuses, they did admitt that the groomer at the time did bleed my dogs nails by cutting it too short and that they will be fired immediately- which they made me feel guilty for, when its clearly not my fault that the groomer cut my dogs nails too short and made them bleed. They did offer me a full refund at the end but I havent been to this place since this happened. Anyways I hope if you do get groomed here to check your dogs thoroughly after they get groomed.
