I brought my dog here from a recommendation from a friend but I've been disappointed time after time. Firstly, I don't know what the groomers do there, but my dog used to LOVE her old groomers, to the point that she ran to greet them. She is an extremely friendly dog who actually enjoys being groomed, but for this location, she shakes and cries to not go. As for the haircut herself, I have always received her with uneven fur from the groom, often the back of her ears and chin were completely ungroomed after. The worst part though, and the reason I'm switching groomers is the customer service. By greeting customers who call to book appointments with, "I'm busy", they truly turn away business. I'm not going to be bringing my dog here anymore, I really did want to like the place, but the customer service and grooming services just won't allow it. Edit to owner response: I appreciate your openness to feedback, but after having had such rude exchanges with your staff, no, I will not be contacting you. The problem is clear, I recommend you calling your own staff at work and hearing how they respond on the phone. Opening a conversation with Im busy with a client is unacceptable for a business.

I can always trust them with my fur baby and grooming her so well. Exceptional friendly service. Definitely recommend.
