I had such a delightful experience while working with Dermot for my lifestyle brand shoot. He was always available before our shoot with all my concerns and questions as he made the entire process so smooth, fun and stress free! I enjoyed his coaching throughout the shoot and Im looking forward to working together again! I was excited to shoot with him from his previous work!! Thank you!

Wanting to document a very private, emotive portrait, I was aware that Dermots skill set was suited to such a delicate, nuanced task. Dermot was masterful in creating an emotional environment in which he was able to gently coax my performance and ultimately, nail the shots it was awesome. As an added bonus, his reputation for working within budget as well as seamless short deadline deadlines is accurate, he made the whole experience smoothly and remarkable - and rare, in our times.

We had the good fortune of working with Dermot earlier this year, when he did individual portrait sessions with each of our three Weimaraners. He came highly recommended by a friend who had worked with him professionally on numerous photo projects. Knowing we were looking for photos that would elevate the typical dog portrait into something more akin to high art, she assured us Dermot was the obvious choice. Suffice to say, he was! The session was so much fun, despite having three subjects who werent always cooperative! Nothing was a deterrent for Dermot. When our old guy couldnt jump up on the elevated table, he got down on the floor and worked from there instead. He was patient with our pup who had other ideas besides sitting quietly for a portrait, and we was sensitive to the needs of our third dog who was afraid of the flash bulbs. We really appreciated that flexibility as it took the pressure off and kept the experience light and enjoyable. In retrospect, Dermots rates were very reasonable and his delivery timeline was exemplary. The finished products surpassed all of our expectations, and I really cant stress that enough. We still cant get over how Dermot captured the unique character and personality of each of the dogs. Thats what you get when you have an artist behind the camera!
