Domino's Pizza

Website policies do not line up. Literally says before you order they will process your card at your door. It's not until you receive the email after you order that it says they don't come to your door? Had to refuse the pizza.

The worst pizza chain... Or at least the 67 Richomond St location is their worst branch. Burnt pizzas, even the cheese is burnt, like a dry crust. Very disappointed, I would like my money back, honestly. Avoid at all costs.

I used order more often from dominos than now. Their service and quality seems to have deteriorated over time. My orders have got cancelled without notification, delays, incorrect toppings, among others. It also feels their menu hasn't changed at all in a decade.

The worst customer service I ever have in my whole life in Canada. I ordered a pizza thru the app, and I got the email the order's ready, also checked the app shown it is ready to pickup, so I went there but the cashier told me it is not ready, I thought it is in the oven but they did not even make my order and did not explain the situation just ignored me, I stood up for 5minutes and asked her what is going on, how long should I wait for? and then she starts make my pizza, I asked her to call the manager, and the manager came to me and shouted out it is not their fault. I was shocked, I never seen the manager did not say sorry about this issue first. However, I waited for a pizza and paid a full amount of course. They should be educated first how to do the customer service before working a big franchise.
