Lovely customer service and delicious pizza. Cookies were also surprisingly good. DR. PEPPERONI is a must try for a pizza lover.

Update-they were completely understanding and refunded my credit card! I will try to order again in the future. This review is based on my experience trying to order online. I realize it was Halloween night so I ordered early at 5:30 PM online for two large pizzas. Total with tax, tip and delivery was going to be $90. An hour and a half later no pizza had delivered and when I called they said its busy but my order is out for delivery and I should see it in 20 minutes. 30 minutes later I called back and they said they were just finishing my order and it was going to be delivered in 15 minutes. At this point it was late at night and our friends had to leave so I asked him to please cancel the order. He placed me on hold and then eventually hung up. I called back and finally got through and he assured me the order was canceled. Well then I checked my credit card a few days later and they had still charged me. Very poor customer service.
