I ordered a pizza at 7:11pm and the ETA was supposed to be 40 mins. The pizza took 1 hr and 25 mins to arrive and they forgot to bring the dipping sauce and drink I had paid for. They were unapologetic when I called to complain and they didnt really offer anything to compensate for the mishap until I had to literally request extra dips and drinks. Not good enough. Very poor customer service and I wont be ordering again. I am still waiting for the delivery of the rest of my order, so the total time will be nearly 2 hours from the time of my initial order. I do not recommend ordering from this location. EDIT: I was in contact with Customer Service and they offered me a $25.00 credit for my troubles. When I finally called to place an order a few weeks ago (Jan 2023), I was told the credit didnt exist. I have since emailed Customer Service TWICE and no one has bothered to respond to me. The lack of communication speaks volumes on how Pizzaiolo handles their customers with questionable integrity. I will not be ordering from any Pizzaiolo location in the future. You have now lost me as a customer permanently.
