I love pizzaville pizza & used to go to this location very often when it first opened. It must have changed ownership recently. The quality doesnt seem the same as before. Also the past 2 times I have gone in there is an employee working making pizzas, with semi long hair, that doesnt wear a hair net or have it tied back & constantly flicks their hair around. I personally own a restaurant & find this disgusting. Not to mention its a health code violation. I understand things happen & even wearing a hairnet doesnt prevent hair from possibly getting in/on food at the best of times - however just the total disregard for the issue is really disappointing to see. It also makes me question what other simple health procedures might not be being followed, ex. Hand washing? Id give this place another try, in hopes that maybe ownership will have changed in the future but however wont be rushing back anytime soon.

This is our go to pizza place. Always cooked right and good prices for downtown. Update. Had to change my 5 star review to 1. Not sure what happened if recipes at this location have changed compared to others? This isn't the first time noticing either since my first review. Pizzas have very little cheese no coverage of inner. I doubt even ordering extra cheese would fill in all the holes. Very inconsistent with toppings vs other locations. The cherry on top Fabio in the kitchen doesn't wear a hair covering and I got an 8 inch suprise. I'm not taking about a protein, his greasy hair was pulled out of my mouth. I understand that's an extra topping at no charge but not something I'm looking to digest. Yes you could call and complain but I'm not looking for apologizes or free food. Hopefully this review will help you take a better look at how you operate. I'll save the hair as a memory of when we used to order from you. Too many other options to take the risk again. I am Manager from popeyes. Owner and the shorter Indian guy, they make us the best pizza ever but today, a tall guy with beard was so freaking rude, ruined pizza as well along with abusing and giving fake excuse for not making pizza about what we asked for. Owner, please take care of him as I saw him misbehaving and showing attitude to almost all customers.
