Pizza Hut Toronto

Accidentally ordered from this location when the online order system failed to remember my preferred location. cancelled less than 2 minutes after it was placed. Was charged for the order anyways. Edit: it has been nearly two weeks with no refund nor response from Pizza Hut customer service. Have been repeatedly lied to that someone would be I touch with me and that the issue was being escalated with no resolution. I have been forced to issue a charge back via my credit card. EDIT 2: I was eventually granted a credit at the location for the amount of the overcharge that I was able to use at my correct location. I have revised my review to a two-star, only because I believe this to be insufficient for a problem that took over three months to resolve, during which I was responsible for the overcharge.

Dough quality and staff of this store is very good. I recommend everyone to visit this store and try to new crispy melts.
