Burattino Brick Oven Pizza

The place is amazing and the atmosphere is very nice, the staff is friendly and if you have no idea what to order they recommend something, the food is delicious especially the pizza. The only problem I had was that the pizza took too long. If you want good pizza I recommend you but it's possible you need to wait for couples of minutes I didn't taste the desserts maybe I will return for them

Horrible staff attitude and awful online ordering system! Ordered a pizza and was suppose to pick it up within 30 minutes. I started driving and as soon as I reached there, I received a cancellation email due to "Your order could not be fulfilled because the venue is over capacity." So I said fine, let me go in and order in person, stood in line for 15 mins (there were only two other customers in line) because the cashier did not know what he was doing! Once I ordered he said the wait time would be over an hour!! Seriously!! One hour for a pizza!

Like many, I was curious after seeing this spot all over IG. I ordered their Black Garlic 120-Pepperoni "Special" and was pretty disappointed by how unremarkable it was. My girlfriend said it tasted like cafeteria pizza which is a pretty accurate description. Overall it was a bit of a let down - especially considering the steep $38+tax price point. Kudos to whoever handles their social media for hyping up this overrated, overpriced, super-basic pie.

Something they don't tell you is that it takes 2 hours to wait... They cancel your order after 35 minutes of waiting, in our case driving, didn't even get the food and now have to drive for an hour total with no pizza Called on the phone and the fact that they have a 3rd party service to order made it worse, had to call the actual store after not getting the right number the first time
