        I placed the order online for pickup it was a breadstick with cheese and dip I received the order and there was no cheese why would you charge for cheese I specifically asked for it and I paid for it I called the office about this and she transferred me to the store contact number and the store disconnected the call is this the customer service??

        Customer service was not good as I got sent away and refused service by the cashier for wanting to use my Buy 1 get 1 coupon provided by my carrier. The offer applies to specifically medium recipe pizzas, and after I presented my coupon code they stayed silent for a while before told me that they "ran out of medium size dough". I get that coupons can be a hassle but at least put some effort into making a better excuse.
